Job summary

Delta Capita in Dublin/Leixlip is seeking an experienced KYC Onboarding Analyst to lead end-to-end client onboarding and periodic reviews within a hybrid work model. The role requires strong knowledge of KYC/CDD/EDD, AML regulations and the ability to assess complex ownership structures while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with front office, compliance and clients to gather documentation, resolve issues, and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end client onboarding experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, CDD, EDD, and AML regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases from initiation to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management with front office and clients.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from client outreach through to account activation.
• Perform detailed KYC / CDD / EDD reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse and document complex ownership and control structures, identifying UBOs and verifying source of wealth/funds where required.
• Liaise directly with clients, front office, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to gather and validate required documentation.
• Identify and elevate risk issues, discrepancies, and potential financial crime concerns.
• Ensure all onboarding is completed within agreed SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within onboarding and case management systems.
• Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing onboarding controls and efficiencies.
