Job summary

Quest Recruitment has partnered with a leading international banking group to establish a Dublin-based KYC onboarding team. The role is hands-on and leadership-focused, with two direct reports to start and room to expand.

You will oversee end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, complex corporate structures, SPVs and multi-jurisdictional entities, building workflows, dashboards and reporting to support growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate/institutional KYC experience.
• Experience leading a small team and two direct reports.
• Expertise in UBO, CDD, EDD, sanctions, PEPs.
• Experience onboarding SPVs and complex entities.
• Ability to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of a newly established KYC onboarding team.
• Manage and develop two direct reports, with scope for the team to expand.
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, corporate entities and SPVs.
• Review complex ownership and control structures, including multi-jurisdictional entities and Section 110 vehicles or comparable structures.
• Manage onboarding pipelines, workload allocation, priorities and delivery timelines.
• Review complex or higher-risk cases and act as an escalation point for the team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage onboarding queries through to resolution.
• Work closely with Compliance, Financial Security, Legal, Risk, Credit and Front Office teams.
• Develop dashboards, management information and performance reporting.
• Establish and improve onboarding procedures, controls and service standards.
• Provide coaching, technical guidance and ongoing support to team members.
• Identify policy or process gaps and lead the implementation of practical improvements.
