Job summary

Cpl in Ireland is seeking an experienced KYC professional to lead a newly established Aviation KYC onboarding team. This client-facing leadership role oversees onboarding and account openings for aviation clients and manages a team of KYC Analysts and Coordinators.

You will build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, present performance metrics, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Front Office to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong KYC / AML onboarding experience within financial services.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Aviation sector experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Aviation KYC onboarding team.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and account opening processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present performance metrics and operational updates to senior management.
• Drive process improvements and enhance onboarding efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Front Office teams.
