Job summary

Albany Beck is seeking an experienced KYC Analyst to join our Ireland practice and support client onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing due diligence in Financial Services.

You will review client documentation, conduct KYC checks and ensure files meet internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role builds expertise in KYC, AML and CDD with exposure to SPVs, trusts, funds and complex ownership structures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a KYC, AML or Client Due Diligence role in Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML and CDD requirements.
• Experience reviewing complex legal entities and ownership structures.
• Experience with SPVs, Trusts, Foundations, Investment Funds and Regulated Financial Institutions.
• Experience with client onboarding and/or periodic KYC reviews.
• Strong understanding of beneficial ownership and client documentation requirements.
• Experience identifying and escalating KYC risks and red flags.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload within deadlines and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC due diligence on new and existing clients in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, review and validate client documentation to support onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Prepare and maintain accurate KYC files.
• Conduct screening checks and identify risks, discrepancies or red flags.
• Review complex client and entity structures as part of due diligence.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Compliance and Legal to resolve queries.
• Escalate high-risk profiles where appropriate.
• Support ongoing CDD and remediation activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.
• Manage cases within deadlines and service levels.
