Job summary

Guardian Professional in Dublin is seeking a Compliance Analyst (KYB Onboarding) to join our team on-site. You will lead end-to-end KYB onboarding for corporate clients, review corporate documents, map structures, and assess risk in line with AML standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of KYB/corporate onboarding experience, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication to coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams. On-site in Dublin with a focus on compliance excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of KYB verification or corporate onboarding experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures and registries.
• Attention to detail with ability to spot irregularities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to meet SLAs and manage onboarding pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end compliance onboarding for new business clients.
• Review and verify corporate documents such as certificates and articles.
• Map corporate structures to identify UBOs, directors and controllers.
• Perform risk assessments including PEP/sanctions checks.
• Escalate high-risk cases with detailed notes to Compliance Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to collect missing information.
• Maintain auditable compliance records for regulatory audits.
