Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to join one of our Kubernetes Automation teams. This hybrid role requires managing a team while spending at least half of your time contributing to product code in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead scaling efforts across Kubernetes automation, collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, and ensure scalable, reliable software across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Cast AI offers equity options and a remote-first global setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical team.
• Strong software engineering skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Deep Kubernetes knowledge and multi-cloud management (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, APIs, and cloud-provider differences.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and ArgoCD using GitOps.
