The role requires 2 years of experience in video game localization, strong writing skills in Korean, and fluency in English. Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience localizing video games.
• At least one AAA game shipped.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of the Korean translations.
• Translates in-game text and voice scripts.
• Creates and maintains translation memories and glossaries.
• Provides cultural and creative input for localization.
• Communicates trends to relevant stakeholders.
• Develops strong relationships to resolve conflicts.
• Playtests for accurate translation.
• Collaborates with external localization vendors.

Skills

Strong writing and editing skills in Korean

Fluent in English

Experience localizing time-delimited dialogues
