Job summary

Sprout is opening a brand-new Clontarf restaurant this Autumn and is building a kitchen team to bring delicious food to life. This hands-on role is for someone who loves food, pays attention to details and wants to grow their kitchen skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll prepare ingredients from our recipes, ensure flavour, follow safety procedures and keep your area clean. Reporting to the Restaurant Leader, roles are available as full-time or part-time, with pay €14.50-€15.25 per hour,

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience is useful.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food from recipes and prep sheets.
• Care about flavour, freshness, portioning and presentation.
• Build knife skills, food knowledge and kitchen confidence.
