Job summary

Sprout & Co is opening a brand-new Clontarf restaurant this Autumn, and we’re building a brilliant team of leaders. We’re looking for a Shift Leader to help lead the shift from the front, keep things moving, and ensure both the team and customers feel well supported.

Reporting to the Restaurant Leader, this full-time role pays €15–€16 per hour and offers growth through Sprout University, plus benefits like free lunch, 50% off for you and three friends, Bike to Work, virtual GP, and Employee

Qualifications

Around 1 year’s experience in hospitality or a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to take on more responsibility and develop leadership skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with the team and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead the shift, set the team up for success and keep things moving during busy periods.
Create a welcoming customer experience and address issues to restore satisfaction.
Support the team with clear communication and immediate feedback.
Maintain high energy, encourage teamwork, recognition, and a positive vibe.
Protect standards for food quality, portions, presentation, and cleanliness.
Keep the restaurant ready with checklists, displays, and routine tasks.
Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the Restaurant Leader.
Champion safety by following food hygiene and health & safety standards.
