Job summary

Sprout & Co in Ireland seeks enthusiastic team members for a fast-paced, hands-on role serving great food and creating warm customer experiences. You'll join a collaborative kitchen and front-of-house team to keep the restaurant running brilliantly.

We offer full-time contracts with pay €14.15–€14.50 per hour, experience welcome but not required, and plenty of opportunities to grow through Sprout University, staff discounts, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, take orders and help create a warm, friendly experience
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Sprout standards, making sure every dish looks and tastes great
• Learn all areas of the service line, including till, toppings and mix
• Keep the restaurant clean, organised, stocked and ready for service
• Learn our menu so you can answer questions and recommend dishes confidently
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods
