You will help lead the kitchen team, ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain operational efficiency within budget.

You will manage daily operations, control costs and margins, maintain guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a kitchen setting.
• Strong grasp of food cost control and waste management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and organisation under pressure.
