Job summary

TileStyle Ltd. in Ireland is seeking a Kitchens Studio Manager to guide customers from initial inspiration and design concepts to final installation.

You will drive sales growth across the kitchen category and lead, mentor and support the design team while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will champion showroom standards and design excellence, ensuring premium service and curated customer journeys in a design-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchens, interiors, premium retail or a design-led environment.
• Strong customer consultation and relationship skills.
• An eye for design and presentation.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Organisational skills and familiarity with design software.
