Job summary

Elite Talent Hub LTD Recruitment is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer based in Athlone. The role targets sales revenue with high conversion rates and involves delivering creative kitchen design consultations to customers. A background in technical design is preferred, with 3D design training provided on company expense.

Commission, quarterly bonuses, and attractive earnings are offered. The position offers a base salary and uncapped commission with an OTE of €65,000–€85,000, plus benefits such as

Qualifications

• Experience with kitchen design software such as Cabinet Vision, Fusion 20:20 or AutoCAD.
• Sales experience in kitchen design or similar.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Kitchen design consultations with customers
• Meeting sales revenue targets by delivering high conversion rates
• Anticipate customer needs and bring their ideas to life creatively and with passion
• Producing appropriate quotes in line with customer budgets
• Maintaining the showroom to a high standard in appearance

WE ARE OPEN TO SALES PEOPLE, COMMISSION DRIVEN. MUST HAVE MIN 3 YEARS OF FACE TO FACE SALES EXPERIENCE!!!

3D DESIGN TRAINING WILL BE FULLY PROVIDED ON COMPANY EXPENSE WITH FULLY PAID ACCOMMODATION IN CARLOW

• Basic salary €31,500
• OTE per annum €65,000 to €85,000
• Commission structure. O.T.E is uncapped 5.8% of all gross sales

Qualifications and Skills
