Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. No prior design experience is required as comprehensive design and sales training will be provided to create exceptional kitchens for trade customers and their clients.

The role focuses on driving sales, building relationships with trade customers, conducting home visits to measure client needs, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational, practical designs using strong product knowledge.
