Job summary

- Proven experience in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers.
- Excellent communication, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle for home visits.
Responsibilities
- Driving sales performance and depot targets.
- Building strong customer relationships through design support.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout projects.
- Conducting home visits to measure and understand client needs.
- Negotiating prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
- Planning and creating inspirational designs with strong product knowledge.
