The Croke Park Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain kitchen areas and support the back of house under HACCP guidelines. You will help wash and store crockery, cutlery and glassware, working closely with our chefs and F&B teams to deliver world-class service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen porter or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and all back of house in accordance with HACCP regulations and cleaning schedules.
• Wash and store crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Support chefs and F&B teams to ensure world class service to the guests.
