Job summary

The Croke Park Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain kitchen areas and support the back of house under HACCP guidelines. You will help wash and store crockery, cutlery and glassware, working closely with our chefs and F&B teams to deliver world-class service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen porter or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations.

The opportunity to join the kitchen team at The Croke Park hotel has become available for an organised Kitchen Porter.

As a Kitchen Porter you will effectively maintain kitchen work areas and all back of house in accordance with HACCP regulations and cleaning schedules. The successful applicant will ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware is washed and stored accordingly and will work alongside our team of chefs to provide effective support to the kitchen and F&B teams to ensure world class service to the guests.
