You will work as part of a friendly, professional team, performing essential prep support and ensuring all areas are clean, sanitised and well organised throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation process.
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks quickly.
• Collect and wash pots and pans.
• Clean crockery and cutlery; ensure prep areas are clean and ready.
• Unload equipment and food from deliveries.
• Keep storeroom organised.
• Maintain clean and sanitised work surfaces, floors and walls.
