Talbot Hotel Clonmel, part of the Talbot Collection, is recruiting for Full & part-time Kitchen Porters to join our team. You will be a team player, flexible and must be available to work mid-week & weekends in a busy hotel kitchen.

The successful candidate will maintain high hygiene standards, support pot wash and kitchen duties, and contribute to delivering 4-star service in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel kitchen experience is preferred.
• Must be available midweek and weekends.
• Flexible with shifts and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene across kitchen areas in line with hotel and hygiene regulations.
• Clean pots, pans, equipment; wash up; manage storage areas.
• Carry out cleaning tasks per schedule and complete daily/weekly checklists.
• Report damaged equipment to senior chef on duty.
• Support 4-star service standards and safety compliance.
