Qualifications

• Hotel experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Available to work midweek and weekends.
• Be flexible and available to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene in all kitchen areas in compliance with hotel and hygiene regulations.
• Carry out cleaning duties and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists for all tasks.
• Clean pots, pans, equipment and ensure proper storage.
• Empty bins and maintain storage areas.
• Deep clean kitchen/larder areas and equipment as scheduled.
• Maintain mop/brush/detergent storage.
• Wear protective clothing when handling hazardous materials.
• Report damaged equipment to the senior chef on duty.
• Maintain 4 Star standards and customer relations policies.
