Job summary

Sodexo Group in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is recruiting a full-time kitchen assistant to keep all kitchen areas and equipment clean, assist with deliveries and waste disposal, and support the chefs with prep tasks. You’ll work as part of a proactive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good eye for cleanliness and hygiene

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, crockery and utensils clean, tidy and well-organised
• Help chefs check, accept and store incoming deliveries
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables safely
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks as needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team and colleagues
