Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Kitchen Porter in Galway City on a part-time basis. The role runs Monday to Friday with shifts from 11am–4pm or 12pm–5pm, helping to keep the kitchen clean and efficient and supporting the chefs with deliveries and prep tasks.

Qualifications

• We provide full training, but having kitchen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries.
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly.
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues.
