Job summary

Sodexo at Blackrock College, Co. Dublin, is looking for a full-time kitchen assistant. You will keep kitchen areas clean, assist chefs, check deliveries, and support a fast-paced team delivering excellent service to corporate colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Full training provided; kitchen experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong eye for cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries.
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly.
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues.
