Job summary

Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in County Carlow is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team across sections and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends and late evenings. Windward Management operates the property, offering a range of benefits and development opportunities within a premium hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends and late evenings.
• Prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work across kitchen sections as directed by senior chefs.
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks in a busy environment.
• Wash pots, pans and utensils and maintain clean surfaces.
