Job summary

Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Carlow is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join its team. Responsibilities include washing, peeling and preparing ingredients, using kitchen equipment, and maintaining stock and cleanliness.

• Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters

• Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
• Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
• Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans
• Observing cooking times and correct temperatures
