Job summary

Aramark Ireland is recruiting a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our Letterkenny team, Ireland. You will help maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy kitchen, supporting chefs and the wider team with dishwashing, storage, and basic prep tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
• Assist with receipt, storage, and organization of deliveries.
• Support chefs and wider kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as required.
• Ensure waste disposal and recycling comply with company standards and procedures.
• Keep kitchen storage areas clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Follow food safety, health and safety, and company procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with team to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Respond promptly to requests and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear protective equipment as required.
