Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out all washing up duties, maintaining cleanliness and organisation

• Manage waste disposal and recycling responsibly
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in Cork, Ireland. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and restaurant, ensuring that our chefs and front-of-house team have everything they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers. • Carry out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Deliver food and supplies to designated outlets on-site in a timely and efficient manner

• Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams where possible, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues
• Maintain food hygiene and health and safety standards at all times, adhering to organisational policies and procedures
• Manage waste disposal and recycling responsibly, keeping the kitchen environment clean and safe
• Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and effectively, following all relevant guidelines
• Respond promptly to requests from kitchen and restaurant staff, working collaboratively to meet service demands
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture through professional and friendly interactions with all team members
