Carluccio’s on Dawson Street in Dublin is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support our chefs, keep the kitchen spotless, assist with basic food prep, manage waste and deliveries, and help organise stock for service with a strong focus on cleanliness and safety.

• Keep the Kitchen Spotless: maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.
• Support the Team: assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, and help with organising and storing deliveries.
• Manage Waste: properly dispose of waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen area tidy and free of hazards.
• Stock and Organize: help with the organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, making sure the kitchen is always ready for service.
• Ensure Safety: follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen.
