Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a commercially driven Field-based Account Manager to grow a menopause portfolio across the Republic of Ireland. You will combine territory planning with high-quality engagement to build trusted relationships with GPs, menopause specialists, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong selling, communication and customer engagement skills.

You’ll combine smart territory planning with high-quality customer engagement- building trusted relationships with GPs, menopause specialists, nurses, pharmacists and other key healthcare professionals.

• Build credible, productive relationships with priority healthcare professionals.
• Deliver engaging product and disease-area conversations in menopause and HRT.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong selling, communication and customer engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage a geographical territory and deliver against sales objectives.
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• A commercial, self‑motivated and results‑focused approach.
• The confidence to work independently and collaborate across a wider team.
• Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience is highly desirable.
• Primary‑care experience is strongly preferred.
• Women’s health, menopause or related therapy‑area experience would be an advantage.
• A degree or equivalent experience, a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly across the territory.
