Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to cover South Dublin/South Leinster. This field-based role requires building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering sales targets and maintaining compliant operations.

You should have pharma/healthcare sales experience, strong communication and planning skills, and be comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office. A driving licence and willingness to travel across the West of Ireland are essential.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join a high-performing team, covering South Dublin / South Leinster. This field-based opportunity is ideal for a commercially focused sales professional who can quickly build trusted relationships with healthcare customers, deliver strong territory performance and maintain a high standard of compliance.

What you will do

• Deliver sales targets and drive growth across the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

• Plan and execute effective customer calls, territory activity and local educational meetings.

• Identify new opportunities and use market insight to improve customer engagement and territory performance.

• Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports and territory plans using CRM systems.

• Work in line with all company policies, industry codes and regulatory requirements.

What you will bring

• Previous pharmaceutical, healthcare or relevant field sales experience.

• A proven ability to achieve targets and manage a territory independently.

• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building and influencing skills.

• Commercial awareness, excellent planning skills and a results-focused approach.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• A full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the West of Ireland.

• A relevant third-level qualification is preferred.

Contract and territory

This is a field-based headcount opportunity covering South Leinster. Frequent travel across the territory and occasional attendance at national meetings or conferences will be required.
