Job summary

Kinisla is seeking a marketing intern to join the Early Careers Programme in Charleville, Co. Cork. You will support promotional campaigns, create engaging materials for in-store, online, social media and email channels, and help with website content.

This six-month internship offers practical experience in an agribusiness, exposure to senior leaders, and potential opportunities in the Graduate Programme.

Qualifications

  • Studying Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related degree.
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, customer engagement, and digital channels.
  • Creative thinking with ability to bring forward new ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills with campaign data insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and delivery of promotional campaigns across Farm & Home Stores.
  • Create clear, engaging marketing materials for in-store, online, social, email and print channels.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product promotions, launches and events.
  • Help maintain website content and coordinate online promotional activity.
  • Assist with social media planning, content creation, scheduling and monitoring.
  • Track campaign activity and report on performance and engagement.
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor research to inform plans and strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and ensure consistent Kinisla branding across channels.
  • Support customer communications and email marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver initiatives on time.

Description And Responsibilities

Based in our Charleville area office in Charleville, Co. Cork, you will support the Agribusiness team in building awareness, customer engagement and commercial activity across Kinisla Agribusiness and our Farm & Home Store network. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience across promotional, digital, and social media marketing while working with colleagues across Agribusiness, Retail, and Commercial teams.

As part of the team, you will:
  • Support the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns across our Farm & Home Stores
  • Assist in creating clear, engaging marketing materials for in-store, online, social media, email and print channels
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product promotions, launches, and customer events
  • Help maintain website content and coordinate online promotional activity
  • Assist with social media planning, content creation, scheduling, and campaign monitoring
  • Track campaign activity and prepare clear reports on performance and customer engagement
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor research to inform marketing plans and strategy
  • Coordinate marketing assets and help ensure consistent use of the Kinisla brand across channels
  • Support customer communications and email marketing activities
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives on time

This internship will provide practical experience of marketing in a customer-focused agribusiness, with exposure to both day-to-day campaign delivery and wider marketing strategy.
