Job summary

Kerry is offering a two-year HR Graduate programme with two main rotations across different HR teams. The programme includes leadership development, strategic projects and exposure to senior leaders, with international mobility across Europe.

You will start with a permanent contract in a hybrid-working environment and gain broad HR experience. As a graduate you’ll work on people initiatives, learning programs and talent projects while connecting with global teams and graduate networks.

Qualifications

• Graduate or soon-to-be graduate.
• On track for a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, OD or related.
• Fluent in English and ideally another language.
• Willing to travel and relocate as part of the programme.
• Eligible to work permanently in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Complete two rotations across HR teams over the 2-year programme.
• Participate in leadership development modules and mentoring.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects and talent initiatives.
• Engage with graduate networks and global teams.

Key Programme Details

• Start date September 2027
• Structure you will be hired on a permanent contract, beginning with a 2-year rotational programme. You will complete two rotations across different HR teams.
• Location you will join one of our Kerry locations across Europe. Depending on your team and function, you could be based in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland or Denmark. Please note that you may be required to travel or relocate as part of your rotations, therefore we are seeking candidates who are internationally mobile.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 21 degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline
• You’re ambitious, open-minded and ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects
• You’re fluent in English and ideally another language
• You’re excited by science, technology and new ways of working, and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve how you work
• You’re eligible to work permanently in Europe
• You’re open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
