Job summary

Mooney's Hyundai is seeking a Junior Vehicle Preparation Coordinator at our Ballymount site to provide essential administrative support to the vehicle preparation function. You will assist in coordinating new and used vehicles through the preparation process, ensuring accurate records and timely progress.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong literacy and numeracy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience within the motor industry.
• Experience using a Dealer Management System.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of new and used vehicles through each stage of the preparation.
• Monitor vehicle preparation schedules and update departments on progress.
• Liaise with Sales, Workshop and Valeting teams to meet agreed timescales.
• Maintain vehicle preparation lists and daily movement schedules across Ballymount.
• Create workshop job cards.
• Monitor work in progress and follow up outstanding preparation work.
• Arrange outsourced repair work where required.
• Process valet invoicing against vehicle stock numbers.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle preparation activities.
• Monitor emails, WhatsApp and other internal communications related to vehicle preparation.
• Provide administrative support to the wider preparation team.
• Drive vehicles between locations when required.
• Carry out additional administrative duties as required.
