Qualifications

• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk tools (Zammand, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, escalating recurring or complex issues to senior engineers.
• Provide first-line technical support to internal staff and/or clients, diagnosing and resolving software, access, and configuration issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for the support knowledge base.
