Job summary

Keelings is recruiting Junior Sales Staff to generate leads, develop new customer relationships and participate in business development activities to grow our market share. The role is based on site at Sandyhill, St Margaret's, Co.

Dublin, Ireland, and involves supporting the sales team with customers across our region. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience, a passion for fresh produce, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy sales environment preferred.
• Passion for fresh produce and willingness to learn.
• Able to perform under pressure and adapt to change.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Support sales strategy and plans for key customers.
• Develop opportunities in the region and grow market share.
• Maximise sales and margins.
• Provide general administration support.
• Deliver excellent customer service alongside senior sales staff.
• Engage in business development with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the business to resolve customer issues.
• Utilise CRM as a sales tool.
