Job summary

Keelings Select is recruiting Junior Sales Staff to generate leads, develop new customer relationships and get involved in business development activities to grow our market share and nurture existing customer relationships. This on-site role is based in Sandyhill, St Margaret's, Co.

Dublin, Ireland. Salary is negotiable, and the position offers exposure to a busy commercial environment with opportunities to develop product knowledge in fresh produce and to work closely with senior sales

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role in a busy, commercial business would be preferable
• A passion for fresh produce and eagerness to develop further knowledge of the sector
• Ability to perform under pressure in an ever-changing environment
• Highly accurate and attention to detail essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Support with the sales strategy and plan for key customers along with the overall business strategy
• Assist in developing opportunities in the region
• Maximise sales and margins
• General administration support
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, working alongside senior sales personnel to develop skills.
• Business Development with new and existing customers.
• Liase with the business to close out any customer issues.
• Using CRM as sales tool.
