Job summary

Keelings, a 100% Irish-owned family business, is seeking Junior Sales Staff to build relationships with customers and drive business development across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will support sales strategy, develop opportunities in the region and help maximise margins while providing excellent customer service.

You will work with senior sales personnel, use CRM tools, and contribute to ongoing business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Previous experience in a sales role would be preferable.
• Passion for fresh produce and eagerness to develop knowledge of the sector.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a changing environment.
• Highly accurate and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Support with the sales strategy and plan for key customers along with the overall business strategy.
• Assist in developing opportunities in the region.
• Maximise sales and margins.
• General administration support.

Purpose Of The Role

Keelings Select is recruiting Junior Sales Staff to generate leads, develop new customer relationships and get involved in business development activities to grow our market share and nurture existing customer relationships.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
