Job summary

SAUTER Group – Dublin office is seeking a Graduate/Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the PMO. You will assist with cost control, valuations, variations and project reporting, with salary commensurate with experience.

This permanent full-time role is suitable for a recent graduate or up to one year’s experience, offering hands-on exposure in a supportive team.

Benefits include health insurance after probation, a company pension from start, EAP access and one day of WFH after probation.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying qualification is required.
• Recent graduate or up to one year’s experience in a Quantity Surveying or PMO role.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial management of BMS projects.
• Cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Assist with the management and administration of subcontractor accounts.
• Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations.
• Monitoring project costs and forecasting.
• Assisting in identifying commercial risks and reporting them to the PMO Manager.
• Creating and updating project status reports.
• Creating and logging Change Control Documents.
• Providing reports on KPIs and other indicators of project success.
