Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Charleville County Cork. This position requires at least 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the consultancy sector, leading various projects throughout the country.

The successful candidate will manage the Quantity Surveying functions, mentor junior surveyors, and have a hybrid work opportunity after probation. Benefits include a company pension and an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying function across projects.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts and changes.
