Job summary

Coopero in Dublin is seeking a Graduate/Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a client-side project management team delivering hotels, apartments, student accommodation, healthcare and government contracts across Dublin. You will support senior QS, assist with project management activities and gain experience across estimating, contracts and procurement on multiple projects.

• Minimum degree qualification or higher.

Responsibilities

• As Junior QS you will work across teams on multiple projects, assisting the senior QS and helping on the Project Management side as required.
• You will work closely with the Project Managers, Senior QS and be a member of the consultant's team and gain experience on multiple projects across all areas of the QS function, including estimating, contracts, procurement of packages, supply chain package management, pricing variations, management of plant, materials, labour, sub-contractors, valuations and final accounts. Assisting with project monitoring and stakeholder management.
