Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a major road infrastructure project in Maynooth. The role requires at least 1 year of civil engineering experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

You will assist in valuations, monitor project costs, and support procurement and subcontractor administration. Working on-site with the project team offers clear progression opportunities within a leading civil engineering company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts under the guidance of senior QS staff
• Support procurement processes for subcontractors and preparation of subcontract agreements
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and assist with valuations
• Liaise with site teams, project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Assist in identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Ensure all commercial activities are carried out in line with company procedures

A leading civil engineering company is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major road infrastructure project in Maynooth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 1 year of civil engineering experience, ideally working on roads or large-scale civil infrastructure projects, to further develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
