Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Ireland seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to support the Civil and Aviation Infrastructure team through planning, design, procurement, construction and handover.

You will work with experienced project managers and multidisciplinary teams, coordinating inputs from civil, structural and environmental disciplines, helping deliver high-quality outcomes and maintaining project programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management or related field.
• Experience in civil/ infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Interest in growing a career in project management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Assist mobilisation, kick-offs and preparation of execution documents.
• Maintain programmes, schedules and reporting calendars.
• Monitor progress and highlight delays or constraints.
• Coordinate information across multidisciplinary design teams.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and client presentations.
• Assist with scope, risk, and change management.
• Support budgets, resources and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors and stakeholders.
