Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Ireland is seeking a Senior/Associate Director Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure programmes across the region. You will bring a collaborative approach to deliver excellence for clients and communities.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, advise on cost, programme and risks, and ensure robust stakeholder engagement with regular reporting. Flexible and remote working is central to our culture, with hybrid options and international remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar.
• Experience of infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
• Engineering background would be of benefit.
• Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with best practice Project Management techniques and NEC contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse client bases.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project and programme management across the lifecycle.
• Advise clients on cost, programme, risks and issues.
• Lead multi-disciplinary professional teams.
• Lead communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Produce monthly progress reports and risk registers.
• Develop delivery plans and continuously pursue performance improvement.
