Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Ireland Limited in Cork invites applications for a Senior/Associate Director Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure programmes across the region.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, advise on cost, schedule, risks, and stakeholder engagement, and drive delivery in a flexible, hybrid, and international remote-working environment.

Qualifications

• Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar
• Experience of infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle
• An engineering background would be of benefit
• Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience in the adoption and management of best practice Project Management techniques
• Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients
• Significant experience and working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts; accreditation preferred
• Ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse client base

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle
• Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks and issues
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams
• Lead communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Produce monthly reports including project programmes and risk registers
• Implement effective and efficient communication tools
• Develop delivery plans for projects and ensure objectives are met
• Challenge the status quo and pursue performance improvement
