Ryanair is hiring a Junior Project Manager to join Europe's largest airline group. We're looking for a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager who is keen to develop their project delivery career in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with Digital Project Managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will help coordinate the delivery of digital projects, support project execution, and gain valuable experience across a range of customer-facing digital products and initiatives. • Support the delivery of digital projects and initiatives, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
• Assist with project reporting and stakeholder communications, preparing updates on progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop an understanding of the customer journey, using data, feedback, and research to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements, working with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and communicated.
• Support collaboration with designers, developers, and business teams, helping to coordinate activities and ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Maintain project plans, actions, risks, and dependencies, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with testing, launch activities, and post-launch reviews, helping to identify improvements and future opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings and delivery activities, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate and providing regular project updates.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, ceremonies, backlog management, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, digital delivery, or a related role.
• Graduate candidates with relevant internship or placement experience will also be considered.
• An interest in digital products, technology, and customer experience.
• Experience coordinating tasks and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working is beneficial.
• Experience working with websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, or other digital products is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
