Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings in Swords, Ireland, is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our on-site digital delivery team. You will work with Digital Project Managers, designers, developers and stakeholders to coordinate projects and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers growth opportunities as you develop project management skills across customer-facing digital products and initiatives, with mentoring from experienced managers and exposure to high-profile projects.

Qualifications

1–2 years' experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
Graduate candidates with internship/placement experience will be considered.
Interest in digital products, technology and customer experience.
Experience coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of digital projects and keep actions on track.
Assist with project reporting and stakeholder communications.
Develop understanding of the customer journey using data and feedback.
Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams to coordinate activities.
Maintain project plans, actions, risks and dependencies.
