Job summary

Lindt & Sprungli (U.K.) Limited rep Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Junior National Account Manager for ROI to support growth across Grocery and Ecommerce. You will manage key accounts, build robust Joint Business & Account Plans, and work with NAMs to deliver commercial objectives.

You’ll develop relationships, analyze activations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize RSV and market share. Hybrid work in Leopardstown with a 60/40 split and a strong focus on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Sales within FMCG.
• Strong MS Excel capability.
• Strong communicator with ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Be able to work cross functionally both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop credible and strong relationships across customer base and with key internal influencers.
• Develop deep understanding of the retailer and networks within the account to grow Lindt’s business.
• Drive Lindt customer relationships with high professionalism at the appropriate levels.
• Communicate feedback from customer partners to internal stakeholders.
• Deliver in-year plan & budget linked to the Company strategy and build Joint Business & Account Plans.
• Track activations and analyse performance vs plan; manage logistics and pricing records.
