Job summary

Osborne Recruitment seeks a Freight & Logistics Coordinator in Co. Kildare to own international freight operations and work with shipping lines, warehouses and customs providers. The role covers the full shipment process from intake to delivery with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate across internal supply chain teams, manage documentation, monitor delays and optimize logistics flows. Competitive salary and a pension scheme accompany a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transport or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes and documentation.
• Experience with deep-sea freight is highly desirable.
• A third-level qualification in Logistics, Freight, Transport or Supply Chain would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate deliveries and returns with off-site warehouse partners.
• Manage shipping documentation and customs entries.
• Liaise with freight clearance providers and shipping lines.
• Monitor delays and highlight supply chain issues.
• Manage supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records in the company ERP system.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are maintained.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
