Mason Alexander is seeking a junior solicitor to provide practical legal support across the business, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland.

The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on legal and regulatory matters, supporting employment law issues, managing legal risks, and liaising with external advisers in Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland with strong drafting experience.
• Degree in Law (LLB/JD or equivalent) essential.
• Commercial, construction, employment, or governance qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic commercial projects.
• Support renewable energy and infrastructure matters, primarily in Ireland.
• Assist with employment law matters and related initiatives.
• Identify, assess and manage legal risks across the organisation.
• Liaise with external legal advisers in Ireland and the UK.
• Support governance, compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Monitor legal/regulatory developments impacting the business.
