Job summary

Fuse is an AI-first energy company transforming how energy is produced, traded and delivered. We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our London team and support commercial, corporate and regulatory workstreams as we expand across jurisdictions.

You will own deal flow, draft and negotiate MSAs and supplier agreements, translate regulatory requirements into product specs, and provide clear day-to-day advice to Operations, Finance, Trading and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change.

Responsibilities

• Own deal flow: Review, draft, and negotiate MSAs, product order forms, and supplier/customer/technology agreements. Flag risks early and land practical, business-friendly solutions.
• Drive product forward: Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for new product lines. Research regulatory requirements and use them to develop product specs. Review designs end-to-end to ensure they are launch-ready and compliant.
• Embed with the business: Provide crisp, day-to-day advice to Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product. Turn complex issues into simple decisions and help teams move fast with confidence.
• Support UK and cross-border compliance, coordinate filings and regulatory submissions, and maintain policies, registers, and training so everything is inspection-ready without roadblocking the business.
• Build scalable infrastructure: Create and refine templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and best practices. Streamline workflows and automate the routine so the team can focus on the high-impact work.

You will play a key role in supporting our commercial, corporate, and regulatory workstreams as we expand rapidly across multiple jurisdictions.
